Materials selecting →Tempering →Turning →High-frequency quenching →External grinding →Hard chrome plating →External grinding

After tempering and surface high-frequency quenching, then surface hard chrome plating, the process used to make the cylinder tough on the inside, and hard on the outside results in a high surface finish.

Bucket Cylinder
The two ends of the bucket cylinder connect the arm and the bucket. It is used to adjust both the direction and force of digging.

Arm Cylinder
The arm cylinder is installed to the boom and the arm, and drives the arm up and down in a swinging motion.

Boom Cylinder
The two ends of the boom cylinder are attached to the boom and the machine body.
