From raw materials to the finished product, each step of production is carefully inspected.
Raw Material Quality Control
Our suppliers include internationally known steel suppliers, including Hangzhou Steel and Baosteel.
We request that each employee carries out the machining process according to exact technical drawings. Our inspectors then carry out random inspection in each batch. This ensures the plus or minus tolerance does not lead to any problems.
Heat Treatment Inspection
It is important to control both the temperature and time during heat treatment. We must ensure the hardness and deepness is correct after heat treatment, as quality heat treatment extends the service life of ground engaging tools.
Track Roller rail surface hardness: 50-55HRC, depth: 5-7mm
Carrier Roller rail surface hardness: 50-55HRC, depth: 5-7mm
Idler rail surface hardness: 50-55HRC, depth: 5-7mm
Sprocket rail surface hardness: 47-52HRC, depth: top 11-13mm, bottom 4-6mm
Track link slice hardness: 52-57HRC, depth: 5-7mm
Track bushing hardness: 52-57HRC, depth: 2-3.5mm
Track pin hardness: 52-57HRC, depth: 2-3.5mm
Track shoe hardness: HRC42-49
1.Floating Seals, O Rings and Bi-Metallic Bearings
We use the same brand in our floating seals, O rings and bi-metallic bearings as entire machine manufacturers.
2. Assembly Inspection
After injecting the oil, we inspect the sealing effect under water. (It will continue for one minute at a pressure of 0.4-0.6 Pa).
